On the first floor of a historic building in the old town, this apartment stays shielded from the city by an inner courtyard — a small rectangle of sky, a few plants, the kind of quiet you rarely find this central. You're five minutes from the cafés on the square, ten from the cathedral, and yet the nights are wonderfully still. The mezzanine holds a proper double bed under the beams — for travellers who like to sleep a little perched up.

Appartement très agréable et bien situé à Angoulême. Le logement est propre, lumineux et bien agencé, avec tout le nécessaire pour se sentir à l’aise. Le quartier est calme tout en restant proche des commodités, ce qui est vraiment appréciable. Idéal pour un séjour ou pour y vivre au quotidien. Je recommande sans hésitation !

Le calme, la situation géographique, la disponibilité de l'hôte et les petits gestes : table mise, serviettes roulées avec soin sur le lit...très agréable Petite difficulté rencontrée pour utiliser la télévision (dommage écran géant!)

Appartement très central très cosy bien agencé. Facilité d accès avec les codes.hote très réactif et sympathique Difficulté de se garer près du lieu de séjour. Mezzanine un peu basse on peut pas être debout.

Meet your host
Franco-Spanish family from the Paris region, two children. Our son studies animation in Angoulême and it was by coming to see him that we fell in love with this city. Today, we share our favorite spot with our travelers.
